  • Difficult to fill vacancy

    "A vacancy arose for an Account Manager based at one of our major customer sites in the Netherlands. This was a particularly difficult recruitment as we needed to find someone who lived near to where the job was based, fluent in Dutch and English, with a proven sales track record in heavy engineering. In addition the successful candidate would be working remotely as his manager and the other members of the sales team, are based in the UK. I contacted a number of recruitment agencies based in the Netherlands with little success, but then had the good fortune to come across Kish Prashad of Emprof.
