Inside Sales Coordinator (part time 24 - 32 hours)

The Position

As Inside Sales Coordinator you are the primary customer service resource for customers and sales representatives and is responsible for the key administrative function in the inside sales team. Working in conjunction with sales engineers and regional sales managers the key coordinating associate must be able to provide reliable, first line commercial assistance to meet customer requirements and assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. The Inside Sales Coordinator must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales channel.

Essential Functions:
  • Handle and/or distribute incoming enquiries, quotations and orders.
  • Submitting standard (product) information to customers.
  • Process standard orders.
  • Handle and/or quote RFQ’s and orders for the tank container market.
  • Provide first line customer support by phone and e-mail.
  • Coordinate lead time queries and improvements with the factory and the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • File and keep track of sales agreements and contracts.
  • Keep the company’s CRM systems up-to date.
  • Handle requests for documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing and industry certification tasks.
  • Track and register terms and conditions for project orders.
  • Resolve customer issues in a manner consistent with the company mission and value.
  • Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, based on workload and business need.

Your Profile

You have a higher degree of education with successful commercial and administrative experience in a similar role. You enjoy customer contact and you have excellent communication skills. You have perseverance and you are pragmatic and results driven. You have a good attention to quality, accuracy and detail. You are flexible and you have the ability to organize, prioritize and manage time. You have the ability to multi task and deal with changing priorities. You are a team player with the ability to function well in a small, international team. You have a technical affinity and good working knowledge of computers to successfully use company ERP systems, MS Windows Suite and Office. Your English and French are good.
