Customer Advisor / Customer Service Representative (German native speaker)

The Position

As Customer Advisor you are the first point of contact for German speaking customers. You are in contact with customers on a daily basis via e-mail, telephone or chat and advise them on furniture, lighting and living accessories. You work in a team of enthusiastic Customer Advisors.

Most important activities

• You give excellent service to German speaking customers in a personal, professional and proactive manner.
• You advise and inform customers in their (online) search for suitable design products that fit their taste and budget.
• You answer questions regarding orders, installations, returns and possible complaints.
• You work on the growth / development of the Customer Advisory department.

Your Profile

You have a higher level of education with a commercial en customer oriented attitude. You have a passion for design and experience in providing customer advise / customer service. You are able to help customers and find suitable solutions. You have excellent communication skills and German is your native language. Dutch and/or English language skills are a plus. You are available on a flexible basis during weekends, at least in your first year of employment.
