The PositionAs Customer Service Specialist you liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams in a fast‐paced global work environment to ensure the timely resolution of customer order inquiries and issues to ensure the successful delivery of products and services according to customer needs. You are responsible for managing all post‐order administration activities (i.e. date changes, quantity changes, expedites, etc.), review open order reports and proactively resolve order holds. You address customer inquiries and facilitate the timely and effective resolution of customer order issues including activities such as processing returns, resolving part/order certification and documentation issues, and managing and responding to quality escapes. You collaborate closely with Customer Relationship Managers and other Sales staff and often liaise with internal teams such as Product Management, Finance, Quality, and Materials Management to address customer inquiries and facilitate the timely and effective resolution of products and services according to customer needs. You also perform other tasks and projects as required to meet customer and organizational needs.
Your ProfileYou have at least an associates degree with 2 to 5 years related work experience interfacing with customers in a B2B international sales or service environment. You are customer focused, solutions oriented with good relationship building skills. You are a reliable, amicable, and professional team player, driven to provide outstanding service to customers. You are attuned and responsive to customer pain points and at ease collaborating to create solutions on a mission to build customer loyalty and create exceptional customer experiences. You have strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills sufficient to write business correspondence and to converse professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You are detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills. You are able to proactively manage time to meet deadlines and commitments and is achievement focused. You are proficient with ERP Software and Salesforce or a similar CRM application. You have solid communication skills in English. A good command of any other European language is an asset.
