Marketing Manager (international role)

The PositionAs Marketing Manager you will lead a team (7 FTE) across the Netherlands, Poland and Germany. Your responsibility is to create marketing strategies for all our Client’s product groups, analyse the performance of campaigns and make sure all marketing material is in line with the brand identity. You will help to maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
- Develop strategies and tactics to grow our Client’s business in current and new regions.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Lead the production of valuable and engaging content for our Client’s website.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
- Collaborate with media organizations.
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns.
Your ProfileYou have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 7 years of relevant experience. You are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, web- and graphic design, content. You can work independently, you show initiative and you have excellent communication skills. You are a proactive self-starter. You have strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships across the team and the company, based on building mutual respect and accountability leading to a more cohesive, harmonious work environment. You have the ability to think creatively and innovatively. You have good analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges. Your English is perfect. You reside in The Netherlands.
