As MS-RT expands its sales presence into Europe, the organization has an exciting new job opportunity for a European Dealer Development Representative. This position will be pivotal to support strategic business growth as MS-RT aims to further expand its European footprint. The region for the role is Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. As European Dealer Development Representative your primary role will be to develop and support the dealership network across these regions, driving revenue growth by maximising sales, aftersales and options opportunities through the dealer portal, whilst delivering the highest levels of customer services. Relationship management is a critical part of this role as you will liaise with multi-level seniorities across various stakeholders. You will be working from home.

Je profiel

You have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. You have a strong background in sales, customer services and aftersales management preferably within the automotive industry. You are an entrepreneurial self-starter. You are a flexible, friendly personality with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. You have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. You are willing to travel accross Europe. This role requires someone who is fluent in German and professional working proficiency in English.
